SADA STUDIO POLICIES

At SADA, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our clients. To ensure this, we have established the following studio policies:

Class Schedule:

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to prepare for your session. Doors will be locked 5 minutes after class begins to minimize disruptions.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with at least 12 hours' notice, your session credit will be returned to your account for future use.

We offer a one-time courtesy credit refund for a late cancellation per 12 month period with will automatically apply to your account. The credit date will not reset when it is returned to your account. This means it will still carry the original expiration date. Subsequent late cancellations will result in the loss of session credit.

Cashless Business Policy:

To streamline our operations and enhance the security of transactions, we operate as a cashless business. We do not accept cash payments at our studio.

All bookings for classes, space rentals, and other services must be made online prior to your visit to the studio. Payments can be made through our secure online booking system using credit or debit cards.

Positive Communication and Bullying Policy:

Effective communication is vital to a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all our members. We encourage open dialogue, mutual respect, and kindness in all interactions.

Bullying of any form will not be tolerated in our studio or within our community. This includes, but is not limited to, physical or verbal harassment, body shaming, discrimination, cyberbullying, or any behavior intended to belittle, intimidate, or cause discomfort to another person.

If you are found engaging in bullying behavior, we reserve the right to restrict your access to space rentals only for a duration of time, depending on the severity and frequency of the offences. In serious cases, we may terminate your membership without refund.

We believe in fostering a supportive and empowering environment for everyone. If you experience or witness any form of bullying, please report it to us immediately. Your privacy will be respected, and we will take appropriate action to address the situation.

By participating in our classes and renting our spaces, you agree to abide by this policy and contribute positively to our community.
