Pop Ups in January at SADA

Mom Movement | Jan 18th

Hey, moms—you deserve more than reheated coffee and folding laundry on repeat. Our Mom Movement class is your permission slip to step away for some “me-time” (that won’t get interrupted by someone yelling, “Moooom!”).

No kids, no chaos, no compromise. Just you, your body, and a room full of moms who are right there with you.

Through a combination of stretching and pole movement, we'll explore ways to reconnect with your body and bring attention back to who you are outside of motherhood.

This is about showing up, letting go, and letting your body remind you just how powerful you are.

Perfect for absolute beginners! Come as you are.

Coworking Block | Jan 22nd

Get out of your house and into SADA for our first ever Coworking Block.

We're adding a 3 hour session to our schedule to give you a fresh perspective, warm space and community to share ideas with.

Come work with a body double and actually finish that content piece, work project, or personal thing that's been in the back of your mind forever.

Free to all SADA clients!

Please note: This is not a pole class nor will there be any instruction (but you may use the pole if needed).

Bring your laptops, grab some coffee, and let's get shit done.

Intro to Pole with Sammy | Jan 25th

Learn from the SA in SADA for two opportunites for Intro to Pole on Saturday, January 25th at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm!

With a focus on basic pole spins and strength conditioning, this session serves as the ideal stepping stone to our Level 1 classes.

You'll learn to engage your muscles in new ways throughout this series, laying the groundwork for more advanced techniques and seamless transitions that you’ll encounter in future class levels. This fundamental series is ideal for anyone without prior pole experience.

**Please wear shorts to class that expose the back of your knee.
